Families Together is the largest non-profit in Wake County solely dedicated to families experiencing homelessness.

HopeLine, Inc

HopeLine’s mission is to support people and save lives during times of crisis through caring, confidential conversations.  We do this by providing the community with a free and confidential crisis and suicide prevention helpline that offers crisis intervention, supportive and non-judgmental active listening, gentle and understanding discussion of crisis resolution, and referrals to appropriate community resources.

Meals on Wheels Chapel Hill Carrboro

Meals on Wheels Chapel Hill-Carrboro delivers a human connection and hot, nutritious meal every Monday-Friday to older adults, homebound adults and adults with disabilities who do not have access to, or the ability to prepare, a healthy meal.
