Every Family Deserves a Home
For nearly 40 years, local homeless families with children have turned to Families Together (formerly PLM Families Together) for critical housing support.
We believe every family deserves a home and children should never have to wonder where they’re going sleep at night.
Families Together provides the critical link to home for hundreds of families experiencing homelessness in our community every year. We provide access to safe, affordable housing; temporary rental and utilities assistance to get the family started; and then work with them for up to a year providing one-on-one counselling, connections to community resources, and life skills workshops to empower their self-sufficiency.
Ultimately, our goal is to break the cycle of homelessness, support family cohesion, and improve the health and well-being of children and adults.
