Youth Connecting Foundation was founded to make a difference in the lives of youth and teens in Vance County. The percentage of youth and teens following a life of crime and entering the juvenile justice system continues to fluctuate from year to year. The vision of Youth Connecting Foundation is provide all youth and teens with the resources and programming that will inspire them to make positive choices.
