Pencils of Promise at UNC Chapel Hill is a student organization that raises money for education in areas lacking access to quality, primary education. In addition to fundraising, our chapter at UNC spends time volunteering in an after school program with Durham County Public Schools to help local children excel academically. We believe that education is the most powerful tool we can use to change the world.
