Threshold is a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program (PSR) that provides high quality services and supports to adults with severe mental illness. Threshold is dually accredited by CARF and Clubhouse International (CI) and collectively received the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation prize in 2014 , the world's largest humanitarian prize, which was awarded to all accredited Clubhouses for their extraordinary work to alleviate human suffering in the world!
