I serve on the Board of The Triangle Nonprofit & Volunteer Leadership Center.
The Center strengthens nonprofits, mobilizes volunteers, and enhances community leadership.
Since 1972, the Center has been a hub for the nonprofit community--working with over 1,200 nonprofit agencies throughout the Triangle area. We link nonprofits to volunteers, civic and corporate groups, we strive to develop a healthy and engaged community dedicated to building and preserving the quality of life for all residents. We have 4 core program areas:
1. Strengthening Nonprofits
2. Mobilizing Volunteers
3. Developing Youth Leadership
4. Special Human Service Programs (in partnership with Social Services).
