Jay and I have have been volunteers with Pet Pals for over 6 years and see the benefits that animal-assisted therapy brings to children. Our 2 therapy dogs Eno and Wade LOVE going to Cameron Park Elementary and interacting with the kids. While Eno and Wade have very different personalities and energy levels, each brings a unique benefit to the kids they work with. Supporting us in the Great Human Race will directly support Pet Pals- there are no overhead costs to this small, local non-profit. As a member of the board, I can attest that a small donation goes a long way and any gift is genuinely appreciated!
