The Osman Foundation's team of educators develop, support and implement innovative educational programs that stimulate K-12 students' natural curiosity to learn. Our current programs in North Carolina are:

Read with Me - A youth literacy program that fosters the love of reading through shared reading experiences. Our trained volunteers entice students' interests in books and reading during their one-on-one reading sessions each week. Volunteers are paired with a 1st grade student for the entire school year.

Reach Your Potential - A Leadership Program for 4th Grade - 12th Grade students. This program focuses on inspiring students through a series of challenging outdoor adventure activities. Students learn about themselves, each other, and how to work together effectively. Reach Your Potential is a field trip with a purpose.

Chatham Girls 4 STEM - Featuring STEM Saturday events for middle school girls to generate interest in the subjects of STEM. These events are high-interest, hands-on, and foster the confidence needed for girls to excel in these subject areas.

STEM Challenge - An annual week-long STEM Competition at a Chatham County Middle School. Teams select an Engineering Challenge, follow the Engineering Design Process and then participate in the judging process.
