During my service, one common theme emerged: the need for a personal development training process that went above and beyond to retain talent. In 2010, I opened Panorama Personal Development Group, LLC (Panorama PDG, LLC).

The Great Human Race is a 5k run and community walk, sponsored by the Volunteer Center of Durham that supports area non-profits, such as NCPF. This unique fundraising event: supports hundreds of non-profits, schools and faith-based groups; provides an opportunity for any nonprofit agency to raise money for their own organization; enables businesses and individuals to support the nonprofit of their choice; and has raised almost $2 million since its inception in 1996.

The 5k course runs through the historic Watts Hospital-Hillandale neighborhood. A National Historic District, this gently rolling course will allow runners and walkers to enjoy a scenic neighborhood that is a treasure trove of early twentieth-century American residential architecture. Bring your family and friends out to enjoy the walk/run and stay for the festive after-party!
