Join me in the fight to achieve literacy for all!

Twenty percent of Durham residents do not have the basic literacy skills required to complete a job application, read a medicine label, help their 4th grade children with homework, or read aloud a bedtime story. The DLC serves more than 500 adults and out-of-school teens each year. Together, we create brighter futures and a stronger, more engaged community by providing free literacy instruction.
