Meals on Wheels Chapel Hill Carrboro delivers a hot, balanced meal along with a daily check-in every Monday-Friday, to older adults, homebound adults, and adults with disabilities who do not have access to, or the ability to prepare a healthy meal. Your support of CHCMOW helps improve health, alleviate hunger, and reduce isolation amongst some of the most vulnerable in our community.
