Hello! Lelia and Sylvia here, and we're Team Doris!

Doris is the Programs Coordinator in Ghana. This means that she plans and organizes all activities for the ABAN apprentices. She meets with local artisans, madams and businesspeople to set up apprenticeships for the senior apprentices, and coordinates activities and outreach programs for the junior apprentices. Every morning she conducts "Sister Circles" with all of our apprentices which consist of morning announcements, singing and reflection.

Why are we supporting Doris and ABAN?

We're running for Doris because she is an essential role model in the development of the ABAN girls and we can't imagine ABAN without her beautiful presence!
