The Diaper Bank of North Carolina was founded on the simple belief that all children deserve clean diapers. This may seem obvious, but the heartbreaking truth is this: every day, children go without the diapers they need to stay healthy and comfortable.

Duke Pediatrics Reach Out and Read Inc

Reach Out and Read is an evidence-based organization that promotes early literacy and school readiness in pediatric exam rooms nationwide by giving new books to children and advice to parents about the importance of reading aloud.

Durham Center for Senior Life

Durham Center for Senior Life (DCSL) is an independent, non-profit organization designated by the State of North Carolina as a Center of Excellence. Our mission is, "to enhance the lives of older adults through education, recreation, nutrition and social services in welcoming community settings." We believe that older adults are a growing valuable community resource and are entitled to quality services to maintain a healthy and active life.

Durham Community Preschool

Durham Community Preschool is a secular, non-profit preschool that offers play-based, part time child-care. Our school is open to families of every race, ethnicity, religion, family structure, and background.
