Senior CommUnity Care of North Carolina is a comprehensive health care choice for older adults living in Wake, Durham and select zip codes in Granville counties. Senior CommUnity Care of North Carolina is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, also called a PACE. We provide services that address the medical, rehabilitative, social and personal care needs of our participants. Our interdisciplinary team works with participants and their caregivers to develop a plan of care that are tailored to their own needs and situations. Specifically, we operate a day center, provide comprehensive medical services, transportation, meals, social services, recreation and much more to keep our communities seniors as independent and healthy as possible. Senior CommUnity Care of North Carolina is a service of Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS). VOANS is a respected nonprofit, faith-based organization. Nationwide, VOA helps nearly two million people every year through health services and programs for children, teens, adults and entire families.
