Abundant Hope Christian Church

Abundant Hope is a beacon of light in the community.  We partner with local organizations such as Interfaith Hospitality Netwok (supports the homeless) to spread hope throughout the city of Durham and the broader community.

Augustine Literacy Project of the Triangle

The Augustine Literacy Project trains and supports volunteer tutors who provide free, long-term, one-to-one instruction, to improve the literacy skills of economically disadvantaged children.

Backpacks for Kids, run in conjunction with the Durham County Department of Social Services and the Volunteer Center of Durham

CARE INNER CITY MISSIONS INC

CARE is the outreach and inner city missions ministry of World Overcomers Christian Church.  It has been in existence since 2007.  CARE serves thousands of community members in the Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill area on a yearly basis.  We are known in the community for service and volunteerism and network with others in order to provide resources for families and individuals in the community.

NCWorks NextGen, powered by Eckerd Connects, is located Downtown Durham on Broadway Street in the Recity Building. Our Mission is to provide and share solutions that promote the well-being of children, young adults, and families in need of a second chance.
